World Health Organization (WHO) first mentioned the coronavirus disease that was first discovered in Wuhan, China in late December 2019 with the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus.
It can be very contagious and spreads quickly. Over one million people have died from COVID-19 around the world. As time goes by, COVID-19 cases are increasingly widespread, and handling the COVID-19 outbreak continues to be promoted in various countries. Various countries are trying to suppress the spread of Covid-19.
An effective way to manage COVID-19 is through the use of vaccines. Vaccines are substances that healthcare professionals administer into the human body to stimulate the immune system To be able to see how the virus how the distribution of vaccinations around the world I have created a dashboard to make it easier for us to see. I took data on the distribution of vaccines around the world from the following dataset.
Covid Vaccine Visualization
In the picture above is an illustration of the distribution of the number of vaccines around the world, the darker the color, the more vaccines are distributed to the public
This data visualization may provide an understanding of the geographic distribution of first and second-dose vaccinations around the world.
There may be significant differences between developed countries with good vaccine access and developing countries that face logistical and vaccine availability challenges.
It may show countries that have launched effective vaccination campaigns and achieved high vaccination rates. As well as countries that are still in the early stages or are experiencing obstacles in implementing vaccination programs.
The figure above shows the distribution of the partialy vaccinated and the fully vaccinenated.
The above figure shows that, on average, all countries in the world have achieved full vaccination, with Gibraltar having the highest full vaccination rate, followed by Pitcairn Island and the UAE
This visualization depicts the relationship between vaccination distribution rates and the GDP of countries around the world. This graph provides an overview of the extent to which countries are successfully combining COVID-19 vaccination efforts with their economic strength.
Through this visualization, we can see if there is a relationship between a country’s GDP and vaccination rates. Countries with high GDP may have greater resources to support strong vaccination campaigns. Including access to vaccines, good health facilities, and adequate logistical infrastructure.
However, this visualization can highlight countries with high GDP but low vaccination rates. Which may suggest specific challenges or issues in implementing vaccination programs. It can also depict countries with low GDP but high vaccination rates. Showing significant efforts to overcome economic limitations and protect their population.
Conclusion
Based on the analysis conducted. We can conclude that countries around the world have distributed vaccines and have reached the second stage of vaccination. Countries with high GDP values have better capabilities in vaccine distribution.
