I build small ventures with full ownership, and learn from every step of the process. I like to study a framework first, then test it in the real world. These projects are where that approach has taken me so far. I keep each venture small on purpose. Small ventures let me move quickly, test ideas at low risk, and stay close to the details instead of delegating them away. Each one is a working lab: a place to try an idea, measure what happens, and carry the lessons forward.

UnionSpiceIndo (PT. Serikat Rempah Indonesia) si an Indonesian spice and coffee export company. I connect local farmers and suppliers with international buyers, handling everything from price quotations and supplier-buyer communication to export logistics and documentation. It has been running for several years and taught me how commodity trade works on the ground.
